(b). Mobile Application – “Bizzi Expense” application can be installed on mobile devices using Android and iOS operating systems, provided by Us.

(d). Bizzi Account – account used to log in and use on Mobile Application and Website

(e). Policy – this privacy policy page

(f). Account information – Mobile Application and Website login information, including email address, password.

(g). Personal information – any information provided to Us that could be used to identify an individual such as first and last name, phone number, email address, or any other information that uniquely identifies an individual that person, including information collected from Cookies, IP, User-Agent and similar technologies.

(H). User – any individual accessing the Website, using the Mobile Application, one or more of the services or functions described in the Policy.

2 – SCOPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION

Register for a Bizzi Account:

(a). Registrants to the Site are required to provide Account Information necessary to create and maintain an account. To facilitate customer service, Users can provide additional data, which means allowing Us to use this data. Such data may be deleted at any time.

(b). Providing data marked as required is required to establish and maintain an account, and failure to provide such data will make account setup impossible. Providing other data is voluntary.

Users using the Mobile Application or Website (including Users with and without a Bizzi Account):

(a). We provide online services, allowing Users to access content on the Mobile Application or Website.

(b). We use Personal Information data for data analysis and statistical purposes to improve Our features and services.

Users using the Mobile Application or Website who already have a Bizzi Account:

(a). User activity on the Mobile Application and Website includes Personal Information recorded by Us. This information is processed for purposes related to providing services. We also process these data for technical and administrative purposes to ensure the security of information systems and for system management as well as for data analysis and statistical purposes.

3 – HOW DO WE SECURE INFORMATION

We conduct ongoing risk analysis to ensure that Personal Information is processed securely, ensuring that access to data is provided only to authorized persons and only within the scope of necessary for them to perform their duties. We ensure that all actions on Personal Information are recorded and performed only by authorized personnel.

7 – AMENDMENT TO PRIVACY POLICY

The Policy is continuously reviewed and updated when necessary. The current version of the Policy has been approved and is effective as of November 13, 2023.
