- Encourage consumers to get receipts: People's Committees of provinces and cities direct agencies and units to coordinate with tax authorities and the Vietnam Consumer Protection Association to encourage consumers to get invoices when purchasing goods and services.
- Promote the application of automatic connection solutions when issuing electronic invoices in petroleum business: The People's Committees of provinces and cities direct the implementation of synchronous and effective solutions to support businesses and retail stores of petroleum to carry out digital transformation and apply automatic connection solutions when issuing electronic invoices for each sale.
- Strengthening tax collection management for e-commerce activities: People's Committees of provinces and cities direct departments and branches to coordinate with tax authorities at all levels in tax collection management for e-commerce activities in the area.
