A warehouse release form is an accounting document used to closely track the quantity and value of materials, tools, equipment, products, or goods released from a unit's warehouse.
This form is issued and guided by Circular No. 99/2025/TT-BTC dated October 27, 2025, effective from January 1, 2026, to replace the old accounting regime in Circular 200/2014/TT-BTC.
Businesses use this form when issuing raw materials for production, issuing tools and equipment for management, or issuing goods for consumption and internal warehouse transfers.
The person preparing the order is usually the materials accountant or the department needing the goods. It must have the full signatures of the recipient, the warehouse manager, the chief accountant, and the director approving the release.
