An advance payment settlement slip is an accounting document used to list and reconcile the amount advanced with the actual expenditure, along with the original supporting documents, in order to settle the debt owed by the person who received the advance to the business.
The applicable documents are based on Circular No. 99/2025/TT-BTC, issued on October 27, 2025, effective from January 1, 2026, to replace Circular 200/2014/TT-BTC.
Employees fill out this form immediately after completing assigned tasks such as business trips or shopping to determine the amount of surplus funds to be returned to the fund or the deficit that needs to be covered.
The form must be prepared by the person requesting the advance, attached with original supporting documents (invoices, train tickets, etc.), and must be signed by the accounts payable accountant, the chief accountant, and the unit director.
