On August 15, 2025, Electricity Finance Joint Stock Company (EVNFinance) and Bizzi Vietnam Company Limited signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly deploy digital financial solutions for businesses.
The signing ceremony took place within the framework of the Seminar “Optimizing Supply Chain Finance – Regional Lessons and Practical Applications” organized by Bizzi Vietnam in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group.
The ceremony was witnessed by a senior expert from IFC – the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group – Mr. Jinchang Lai with experts in the field of finance and technology like him Lee Kheng Leong – Consulting Director, KAPPS Consulting; Ms. Nana Nagai – CEO, Money Forward Vietnam; Ms. Meg Koshio – Strategy Director, Money Forward Vietnam; Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Huyen – Managing the Financial Infrastructure Development Program in Vietnam and Cambodia, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and leaders from many leading enterprises in the chain.
This partnership marks a new step in expanding coverage and accessibility of the solution. Supply Chain Financing (SCF) through technology application with Bizzi's Supply Chain Finance platform connecting with the EVNFinance system to the Vietnamese business community.
Narrowing the gap in access to capital for SMEs
According to Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo, the private economic sector – with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as its core – plays a key role in economic growth. However, currently, although accounting for 951.3% of the total number of enterprises nationwide, SMEs only contribute less than 201.3% of revenue and less than 101.3% of import-export turnover. In particular, the proportion of SMEs with access to loans is only about 9.3%, compared with 56.1% in large enterprises. This financial gap is a major obstacle, directly affecting the ability to survive, expand production and improve competitiveness of this business sector.
Take advantage of the golden moment to act
The above challenges, combined with the current favorable economic and policy context, have created a "golden time" to implement new solutions, helping to narrow the gap in capital access for SMEs.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Vu Trong Nghia, CEO of Bizzi Vietnam, emphasized:
“Now is the ‘golden’ time to turn the potential of supply chain finance into concrete actions, thanks to favorable macro factors such as the establishment of the International Finance Center in Ho Chi Minh City and the legal sandbox for Fintech. Connecting technology and finance
The cooperation between EVNFinance and Bizzi Vietnam does not stop at providing capital, but also integrates automated invoice data processing technology, helping businesses - especially retail chains and suppliers - optimize cash flow, reduce risks and increase operational efficiency.
According to the cooperation agreement, the Supply Chain Finance product will be introduced directly by Bizzi and EVN Finance to Anchors - large, financially reputable enterprises that play a central role in the supply chain. Anchors will become bridges to spread the solution to suppliers in the system.

The signing not only marked a step forwardn important in the cooperation between EVN Finance and Bizzi Vietnam, but also opens up opportunities to expand coverage and enhance access to Supply Chain Finance (SCF) solutions to the Vietnamese business community, especially in the retail and manufacturing sectors.
Through the integration of digital data and the application of technology to automate the receivables - payables process, the two sides expect to significantly shorten the approval and disbursement time, helping businesses quickly supplement working capital to maintain and develop business operations. At the same time, this solution also contributes to minimizing credit risks thanks to a transparent information management system, building trust and sustainable connections with financial partners.
