Bizzi Vietnam officially go-live successfully Project to integrate cash registers to automatically issue electronic invoices for the entire FamilyMart system in Vietnam.
During the go-live, Family Mart had the direct participation and close support of Ms. Nguyen Hai Ly - representative of the Finance - Accounting department, Mr. Tran Kim Truong - representative of the IT department, along with the project team, Finance - Accounting and IT departments. On Bizzi's side, there was Mr. Nguyen Bao Nguyen - Technology Director, along with the project management and development team.
As of now, FamilyMart in Vietnam has more than 173 stores, mainly concentrated in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces such as Binh Duong, Vung Tau and Dong Nai. With this large scale, FamilyMart needs a solution to synchronize sales - accounting - tax data and issue invoices promptly according to the regulations of the Tax Department.
Since the golive of the integrated electronic invoice solution with cash registers with Bizzi, the entire invoice issuance process has been automated right at the point of sale, sales - accounting - tax data is synchronized multi-dimensionally for each store, while ensuring legal compliance and quick and accurate invoice issuance, helping FamilyMart optimize management and operational efficiency.
