JOB DESCRIPTIONS
This position will focus on supporting internal coordination and project operations throughout the entire sales cycle: Lead → Prospecting → Demo → Negotiation → Contract.
Specifically as follows:
- Prepare customer consulting documents: solution flow, presentation slides, trial configuration.
- Support BD brothers/sisters in agreeing on solutions with customers, shortening the sales cycle.
- Participate in customer meetings: take meeting notes, summarize requirements accurately.
- Coordinate with technical team to ensure project progress.
- Support project management during POC and kick-off stages, ensure timely customer care, and stable initial implementation.
- Track progress, including: debt collection and driving upsells.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good English communication skills, speaking and writing.
- Proficient in making slides (PowerPoint/Google Slides/ Canva/ Figma).
- Logical thinking, ability to synthesize and analyze information quickly.
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and to the point.
