INTRODUCTION OF BIZZI COMPANY
Bizzi is the first company in Vietnam to provide invoice processing automation solutions using AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Bizzi currently serves more than 200 large customers (such as Suntory Pepsico, GS25, Circle K, Tiki, Guardian, Pharmacity...) and more than 4,000 suppliers, with monthly invoice processing value exceeding 300 million USD.
Bizzi has successfully raised $3 million in capital from leading investors in the region such as Money Forward (Japan), Do Ventures and Qualgro (Singapore).
Bizzi is expanding its scope of operations and development into Finance Transformation Services, focusing on applying AI & Automation to automate end-to-end business processes where Finance plays a key role. We also deploy Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Advanced Analytics solutions to support businesses in improving operational efficiency and making data-driven decisions.
What will you do as a BD Leader?
The BD Leader is responsible for developing and implementing a business development strategy to expand market share and sales for Bizzi. This role leads the BD/Sales team in finding new customers, driving enterprise customer conversions, developing partnerships, and ensuring quarterly and annual sales targets are met.
- Build working processes and manage work quality of the sales team;
- Manage sales pipeline, implement forecast, ensure contracts are signed according to targets.
- Establish, coordinate, and coach business plans for the team, optimize productivity and negotiation skills, and close contracts to achieve goals for each product and service group as well as each individual in the team;
- Proactively reach out to businesses: through phone calls, emails, networking, connecting with decision makers
defined as CEO, CFO, Operations. - Train, manage, evaluate, supervise and assign work to team members
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Understanding of corporate finance, ERP, cost management, financial and accounting processes of the enterprise.
- Knowledge of corporate market, fintech partners, banks
- Leadership skills, coaching, team mentoring
- Business, finance, banking or fintech network is an advantage.
- English proficiency in 4 skills
