At Finevo, we concentrate on applying AI & Automation to automate end-to-end business processes, with the Finance and Accounting department playing a key role. Finevo also implements Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Advanced Analytics solutions to help businesses improve operational efficiency and make data-driven decisions.
POSITION SUMMARY
At Finevo Consulting, we don't just implement software; we are strategic partners helping businesses redefine how their Finance and Accounting departments operate. [Position] Finance Transformation Consultant This will serve as a crucial bridge, supporting customers in transitioning from manual Excel financial models to modern enterprise performance management (EPM) systems, helping them optimize resources and make data-driven decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Transformation Partner: We partner with clients on their comprehensive transformation journey for their FP&A and Management Accounting departments. This involves transitioning from a fragmented Excel model to a centralized, modern financial planning system that retains flexibility and user-friendliness.
Analysis & Solutions: Survey requirements, analyze current financial processes and models (As-is). Propose optimal solutions (To-be) to automate and standardize data and build multidimensional reporting structures. Design/build new financial models if necessary.
System deployment: Directly configure and deploy financial processes and models on the EPM solution. Conduct testing, training, and technology transfer for clients' finance teams.
Operations & Support: Ensure the system operates stably after the Go-live phase, support maintenance, and update the financial model according to changes in the business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Regarding expertise and experience:
- Graduated from university with a major in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
- 2-3 years of experience working in Management Accounting or FP&A.
- Master the knowledge of preparing Financial Statements (BS, PL, CF Indirect), Consolidated Statements, and Budgeting & Forecasting models.
- Understanding data structures (databases), and being able to use SQL and visualization tools like PowerBI.
Regarding soft skills:
- English: Excellent communication skills, capable of working directly with and presenting solutions to foreign clients/partners.
- Business Analyst mindset: Possessing keen business analysis skills to transform financial problems into systemic solutions.
- Presentation skills: The language should be logical, easy to understand, and persuasive to both management and end users.
- Project Management: Possesses skills in organizing work, managing schedules, and committing to the quality of project output.
