At Finevo, we concentrate on applying AI & Automation to automate end-to-end business processes, with the Finance and Accounting department playing a key role. Finevo also implements Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Advanced Analytics solutions to help businesses improve operational efficiency and make data-driven decisions.

POSITION SUMMARY

At Finevo Consulting, we don't just implement software; we are strategic partners helping businesses redefine how their Finance and Accounting departments operate. [Position] Financial Transformation Solutions Consultant The Finance Transformation solutions consulting and implementation team will serve as a crucial bridge, supporting clients in automating end-to-end operational processes and converting manual Excel financial models to modern performance management systems (EPM), helping clients optimize resources and make data-driven decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

After receiving proper training, Financial Transformation Solutions Consultant They will be directly involved in projects with the following tasks:

  • Project implementation support: Perform tasks under the guidance of a Senior; participate in project meetings, understand the content, and take minutes.
  • Analysis & Problem Solving: Join the team to analyze customer pain points and propose technology-based solutions to improve processes.
  • Implement the solution: Directly configure and deploy key technology solutions (RPA/EPM) at the application level; support core product solutions.
  • Document creation & Presentation: Drafting deliverables that are complete and accurate. Supporting the presentation of ideas and solutions to internal teams or clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Growth Support: Gather data and prepare documentation (data, case studies) for marketing, lead-to-customer activities, and internal capacity building.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Regarding expertise and experience:

  • Final year students or recent graduates majoring in Finance and Accounting.
  • Mastering specialized knowledge and expertise in Finance and Accounting.
  • Experience: 
    • Intern/Fresher: Not required (training will be provided).
    • Junior: Minimum 1 year of practical work experience.

Regarding soft skills:

  • Passionate about and skilled in technology (frequently applies tech to work/life).
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, and not afraid to face difficult challenges.
  • English: Good communication skills, capable of working directly with and presenting solutions to foreign clients/partners.
  • Problem-solving thinking: The ability to break down a problem, think logically, and approach it from a solution-oriented perspective.
    • Communication skills: Expressing ideas concisely, conveying information logically and clearly to both professionals and business people.
    • Be careful, meticulous, and responsible regarding the quality of products delivered to customers.
    • Possesses skills in organizing work, managing schedules, and committing to the quality of project output.
