At Finevo, we concentrate on applying AI & Automation to automate end-to-end business processes, with the Finance and Accounting department playing a key role. Finevo also implements Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Advanced Analytics solutions to help businesses improve operational efficiency and make data-driven decisions.
POSITION SUMMARY
At Finevo Consulting, we don't just implement software; we are strategic partners helping businesses redefine how their Finance and Accounting departments operate. The Finance Transformation Solutions Assistant position within the Finance Transformation Solutions Consulting and Implementation Team will be a crucial link, supporting clients in automating end-to-end operational processes and transforming manual Excel financial models into modern Enterprise Resource Planning (EPM) systems, helping clients optimize resources and make data-driven decisions.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Participate in the implementation of Finance Transformation projects that apply technology, focusing on logical analysis, data processing, and process automation.
This role aims to gain a deep understanding of financial and accounting processes, break down business requirements, and translate them into effective, operationally stable, and scalable technical solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business and System Analysis
- Research and understand the financial and accounting processes of clients.
- Analyze pain points to identify bottlenecks in the process.
- Translate business requirements into clear processing logic, business rules, and data mapping.
Implementing technological solutions
- Participate in the configuration and deployment of RPA/EPM (Automation/Reporting) solutions.
- Develop workflows, computational logic, and mechanisms for data control and reconciliation.
- Support the development and operation of the company's core products.
Data processing & systems
- Working with data from ERP, Excel, databases, and related systems.
- Participate in data integration between systems.
- Verify the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of input and output data.
Testing & Optimization
- Perform testing and provide UAT support to clients.
- Debugging, error handling, and performance optimization of the solution.
- Propose improvements to enhance the system's stability and scalability.
Documents & Presentations
- Prepare solution documentation (logic flow, technical notes, user guide).
- Support in presenting solutions in a logical, clear, and easily understandable manner for internal teams and clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Priority fields of study: Management Information Systems, Information Management, Management Informatics.
- There are no restrictions on educational background for candidates with systems thinking and the ability to work with data/processes.
Technical thinking and skills
- Strong logical thinking skills, ability to analyze and solve problems using a structured approach.
- Basic knowledge of coding/scripting (Python, SQL, VBA, JavaScript, C#, etc.) is an advantage.
- Understanding data, systems, and automation is an advantage.
Major
- Having a basic understanding of Finance and Accounting is an advantage.
- Training is not mandatory and will be provided on the job.
Soft skills
- Passionate about technology and eager to learn.
- Communicate clearly, present information coherently and logically.
- Good spoken English, capable of working with foreign clients/partners.
- Be careful and responsible with the output quality and project schedule.
