JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Middle/Senior QA QC Engineer with strong expertise in software testing and quality assurance for web and mobile applications.
This position requires a high level of commitment to maintaining product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Middle/Senior QC/QA teams will be responsible for managing manual test cases, communicating with stakeholders, and coordinating application development with the Product and Project teams, working in a Squad model — a small group that can participate quickly and seamlessly from design, development, testing to operation.
- Develop and lead an overall QC/QA strategy, including analysis, design, and test execution for web and mobile applications.
- Oversee the analysis, design, and execution of tests, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality results.
- Build a quality-oriented culture within the team by improving the accuracy of system requirements definitions and enhancing the UAT process.
- Get involved in the project from the early stages to detect and address risks such as bugs and schedule issues promptly.
- Implement measures to prevent recurring problems and promote continuous improvement within the QA team.
- Collaborate closely with the Development and Product Management teams to ensure the QA process is seamlessly integrated.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on QA activities, risks, and product quality status.
REQUEST
Obligatory:
- Graduated from university with a major in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience testing Web Services and Mobile applications.
- Experience in building test cases, executing tests, and reporting results.
- Have practical experience Shift-Left Testing, This includes early involvement in requirements analysis, design review, and test planning.
- Solid experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) To test end-to-end business flow and integration points between services, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Familiar with Agile/SCRUM environments.
- Good communication skills are essential in development projects.
- Extensive knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, tools, and processes for web and mobile applications.
- Ability to manage and optimize QA/QC processes in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
Nice to have:
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience in security testing or performance testing.
- Ability to research and keep up with new technologies.
- I previously worked at companies related to web development.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to guide a QA/QC team are a plus.
