On December 3, Bizzi and Learning Excel Online successfully organized the CFO Perspective Workshop with the topic "Automation - The Future of Accounting"<\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop "Automation - The Future of Accounting" was attended by Mr. Vo Nhu Vinh - CEO of TC Electronics, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh - Founder, CEO of Excel Online Learning and Mr. Nguyen Thai Huy - Senior Solution Consultant Bizzi and more than 30 fellow CEOs and CFOs from businesses in many different fields.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

CFO Perspective Event with the theme "Automation - The Future of Accounting"<\/h2>\n

Through discussion topics, the three speakers brought useful sharing to the guests around the topics of Enterprise Architecture and Automation in the future of the Accounting industry. According to Mr. Vo Nhu Vinh: "If you want a business to scale up, you must have planning, but this planning has almost no process in Vietnam. Currently, Vinh has had the opportunity to work with large businesses and in general, those organizations need to change and re-architect their businesses. <\/span><\/p>\n

Besides, when talking about Digital Transformation, we need to work with a purpose. Digital transformation to lead businesses, to increase revenue and optimize management. According to USAID research, most Vietnamese businesses are only at levels 0 and 1 for the digital transformation journey (level 1: Standardization).\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cBased on 5 levels of Smart Enterprise: Standardization, Digitization, Integration, Optimization, Intelligence, for an enterprise, all departments need to standardize and standardize before digitizing, then integrate the software together, after optimizing the operation process, we need to optimize to reduce redundancies and waste. Thereby, focusing on 3 main values: increasing revenue, reducing costs, optimizing management operations "- Mr. Vinh added.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

From the perspective of Automation, Mr. Duc Thanh said: \u201cWhen automating, we need a standardized process. Otherwise, there will be waste and the digital conversion process will be inefficient. Why do we have to waste time and effort to do those tasks by hand when it can be wrong?\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

"Things that are repetitive, things that are frequent, don't need to be thought about because there are already processes and rules, are very suitable for automation." - Mr. Thanh said.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Through the sharing of the speakers, more than 20 participating enterprises have a good understanding of Enterprise Architecture and the Automation process that has been and is happening. The symposium was successfully held and received enthusiastically from the attendees.
