From July 1, 2026, invoicing will be carried out according to Decree 254\/2026\/ND-CP and Circular 91\/2026\/TT-BTC; in which, food and beverage items must be detailed by type, except in cases where the price is calculated per serving or portion.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the method of invoicing depends on the actual service provided. Individual food and beverage orders need to show each item; buffets or set menus can be listed by the actual serving, portion, or package; beer, wine, and goods with different tax rates must be separated into different lines to apply the correct tax.
