This inspection report is a legal document recording the results of the assessment of the quantity, quality, specifications, and type of materials and goods upon warehousing, in order to determine their validity in relation to the sales contract.
The required documents are stipulated in Circular No. 99/2025/TT-BTC (issued on October 27, 2025, effective from January 1, 2026, to replace Circular 200/2014/TT-BTC).
This form is mandatory for materials, equipment, products, or goods with complex technical characteristics that require rigorous inspection before being officially stored in the warehouse.
The report is prepared and signed by the company's inspection committee, including the signatures of the head of the inspection committee, the warehouse manager, and the delivery person.
