JOB DESCRIPTIONS
This position will focus on supporting internal coordination and project operations throughout the entire sales cycle: Lead → Prospecting → Demo → Negotiation → Contract.
Specifically as follows:
- Find and Connect with Customers (50%)
- Proactively search for potential customer information through channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and existing database lists.
- Make calls, send emails/messages to reach out to and stimulate customer demand.
- Schedule in-person or online consultations between clients and Bizzi's team of experts.
- Consulting solutions (30%)
- Engage in conversations to understand the challenges customers face in managing their costs.
- Introduce and demonstrate (demo) the features of the Bizzi software to solve the customer's problem.
- Closely monitor customer feedback to support closing deals.
- Operations and Reporting (20%)
- Update the CRM system with complete data and work progress daily.
- Create a personal work plan on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure you meet your performance targets.
- Prepare periodic reports and perform other tasks as directed by the Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Mandatory Criteria
- 0-2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Experienced in using CRM systems.
- Education: Graduates from universities in fields such as Economics, Management, Finance, Marketing, etc.
- Digital skills: Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT) and knowledgeable in using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to optimize work efficiency.
- Communicate: Confident, articulate, and unafraid to talk to strangers on the phone.
- Qualities: Be persistent, hardworking, have a "hunting" mindset, and don't be afraid of rejection.
- Self-learning ability: They learn new technologies and software quickly.
2. Priority Criteria
- Previously worked at companies in the SaaS, fintech, or B2B services sectors.
- Previously held leadership roles (President/Head of Committee) in student clubs or social projects.
- Able to read and understand documents and communicate in English.
- Having an interest in or understanding of the Fintech and SaaS fields.
- Capable of managing long and complex sales cycles with patience and perseverance.

WORK LOCATION
- Location: An Khánh Ward (formerly District 2), Ho Chi Minh City
- Working hours: 9:00-18:00, Monday-Friday, Hybrid work policy (2 work-from-home sessions per week)
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
To ensure a fair and effective outcome for both parties, the recruitment process at Bizzi will include:
Round 1: Call screening with the Human Resources (HR) department.
Round 2: Complete the professional mini-test (Receive the assignment and prepare at home).
Round 3: In-depth interview with the Hiring Manager & Presentation of the Minitest completed in Round 2.
