JOB DESCRIPTIONS

This position is responsible for completing the business plan as set out on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Business Plan

  • Define business objectives that align with the overall goals of the Commercial team.
  • Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly business plans to achieve committed sales targets.
  • Develop a plan to nurture and close sales opportunities using the key accounts planning format.

Sales Implementation Organization (Do)

  • Identify the profile of your target customer and build a target customer segment.
  • Reach customers directly through partnerships and communities.
  • Use the SPIN method to formulate questions and the BANT criteria to assess customer potential.
  • Master the Demo Process: Directly present solutions and conduct in-depth product demos based on real-world customer problems.
  • Negotiate the terms regarding scope, price, payment, and SLA.
  • Sign and hand over contracts, and coordinate debt collection with the Accounting department.
  • Stay updated on market and competitor information, and contribute to building a common sales kit for the team.

Monitoring and Improvement (Check & Action)

  • Update on sales plan progress and address any issues that arise during one-on-one catch-up meetings.
  • Analyze the effective/ineffective factors to propose solutions for improving sales skills and reducing the sales cycle.
  • Use CRM (Freshsales) to manage customer information and related business activities.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Mandatory Criteria

  • Experience: has from 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, Fintech, or ERP industries.
  • Education: Graduates from universities in fields such as Economics, Management, Finance, Marketing, etc.
  • Experienced in using CRM systems.
  • Professional skills: Mastering B2B sales techniques such as customer analysis, problem assessment, negotiation, etc.
  • Digital skills: Proficient in Google Workspace and skilled in using AI (ChatGPT/Gemini) for market research and proposal writing.
  • Attitude: They possess a proactive "Hunter" mindset, high discipline in updating CRM, and a strong ability to handle sales pressure.

2. Priority Criteria

  • Possesses good reading comprehension and communication skills in English.
  • Previously worked at companies in the SaaS, fintech, or B2B services sectors.
  • Understanding of technology ecosystems (ERP, API, Cloud) and accounting practices (AP-AR).
  • Having a good network of contacts within the business community.

WORK LOCATION

  • Location: An Khánh Ward (formerly District 2), Ho Chi Minh City
  • Working hours: 9:00-18:00, Monday-Friday, Hybrid work policy (2 work-from-home sessions per week)
