OBJECTIVE
Bizzi is looking for young, dynamic, and energetic individuals to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for the candidate experience, managing the office, and acting as the mastermind behind team building and internal communication activities at Bizzi.
Core objective: Support the smooth operation of the office; work with the team to spread Bizzi culture and the employer brand on social media platforms.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (30%)
- Receive recruitment requests and post job openings on appropriate channels.
- Screen resumes (CVs), proactively contact candidates, and schedule interviews between the Department Head.
- We provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a professional experience at Bizzi.
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees.
Internal Communications (IC) & Employer Branding (EB) (30%)
- Content creation: Create communication materials, internal announcements, and cultural documents based on the company's brand identity.
- Digital content production: Conceptualize, film, and edit short videos (Shorts/Reels/TikTok) that keep up with workplace trends.
- Content ManagementWrite and edit social media posts to promote the working environment at Bizzi to the candidate community.
Internal Organization & Teamwork (20%)
- Plan and directly organize regular activities: employee birthdays, monthly Happy Hour, workshops, etc.
- Coordinate and organize major company events: Team-building, Year-End Party, Company Anniversary, holidays throughout the year (March 8th, October 20th, Christmas, etc.).
- Promote teamwork and build a happy, connected work environment.
Office Administration & Operations Management (20%)
- Managing and purchasing office supplies, necessities, and work equipment.
- Working with service providers (cleaning, courier services, equipment maintenance, etc.).
- Logistics for large meetings or hosting guests at the office.
- Store and manage personnel records, contracts, and administrative documents in a systematic manner.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager on daily human resources and operational activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- Skills & Mindset:
- Possesses strong writing skills, a good sense of aesthetics, and is quick to grasp trends.
- Proficient in using video design/editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or other AI software/tools) to create media content.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to convey information concisely and clearly.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.

Preference will be given to candidates who are dynamic, outgoing, confident in front of crowds, and have experience as an MC or event organizer at school/club.
- Possesses strong writing skills, a good sense of aesthetics, and is quick to grasp trends.

- Candidates with prior experience working in a startup or tech/SaaS environment are preferred.
