YOUR ROLE IN THE GROWTH JOURNEY

At BFGL 2026, you will take on the role "Open the funnel" and establish a growth flow. through the following activities:

  • Research & Identify: Using insightful thinking and data, we identify and profile potential businesses facing financial/invoicing management pain points.

  • Intelligent Multi-Channel Outreach: Knock on businesses' doors via phone calls (cold/warm calls), email automation, or social selling (LinkedIn) with sharp, personalized messages.

  • Screening & Needs Recognition (Qualifying): Acting as a solutions consultant, ask intelligent questions to spark customer interest in the Bizzi ecosystem.

  • Pipeline Generation: Set up high-quality meetings/demos to deliver to the Business Development team to close deals.

THIS IS THE PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Level & Time: Applicants must be 3rd or 4th year students or recent graduates in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or have a strong passion for business. They must be able to participate in the program for at least 6 months (minimum 3-5 full-time sessions per week, flexible according to their study schedule).

  • Experience: Preference will be given to candidates who have previously Experienced in Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing, Business Development, Customer Service… or have previously participated in Team/Group/Club activities in an external relations role.

  • Orientation: I have a long-term career goal in B2B Sales and a passion for learning about the Technology/SaaS industry.
  • Digital skills: Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT); interested in learning about and using CRM systems, SaaS software, and AI tools to support sales and optimize work efficiency.
  • Research skills: Being perceptive and skilled at quickly gathering and analyzing business information through the internet and social media.
  • Communicate: Confident, articulate, possesses strong verbal skills, and is not afraid to speak with strangers and people in positions of authority over the phone or in online meetings.
  • Qualities: Persistence, diligence, a "hunter mindset," and rejection resilience are essential.
  • Ownership Mindset: A strong desire to overcome challenges, a focus on results, and a commitment to maximum accountability for assigned targets.

WORK LOCATION

  • Training format: Hybrid (Onsite and work-from-home, as arranged)

  • Location: An Khánh Ward (formerly District 2), Ho Chi Minh City
  • Opening hours: 09:00-18:00, Monday – Friday
