If you're still "fun single," get out of bed and start your makeover today:

  1. Wake up at the right time, go to bed at the right time
  2. Don't set goals that are too ambitious
  3. Take a moment to plan your life during this time. This may be a bit difficult at first, but it will actually help you organize your daily life easier.
  4. Organize a private space at home and turn it into your “office – place to work”.
  5. Stick to your usual work/study time
  6. Eat at certain times as usual
  7. Take your own time to rest, do nothing and just enjoy the comfort, the silence or a delicious food or a good movie. Don't worry about clutter around you – house cleaning can be arranged in the background.
  8. It's also the perfect opportunity to get into a good habit like exercising, reading, or learning a new hobby.

If you are married, don't think this is a "crisis" but enjoy the feeling of happiness with your children and share many warm memories.

  1. Help your child establish a good habit or a new skill that is beneficial to his or her development.
  2. Plan family activities with children
  3. Limit children's use of digital devices (cell phones, tablets, computers). Use them wisely as a tool to help you keep them “well-behaved”, e.g. only letting children use electronic devices for a certain amount of time or saving them for when it is absolutely necessary ( when you have an important meeting or work conversation or when you are exhausted from cleaning and answering questions)
  4. Set a time for yourself, during which time your child can play, read in silence or do homework or simply an activity that young children enjoy (recommended activities). quiet as jigsaw puzzles, blocks, journaling). This can be difficult at first, but you can do it daily and increase the number of minutes each day.
  5. Involve children in activities that are appropriate for their age and ability. The activities you do together are important for children to develop a sense of community and a sense of usefulness.

Whatever you do, remember to always be flexible and don't blindly follow a schedule. You don't have to be perfect. Just do the best you can. These difficult times are not forever and will come to an end at some point, life will return to normal and you will become a better version of yourself.
