In order to improve user experience, cost management platform & automatic reconciliation for businesses – Bizzi has updated new features on Bizzi Expense. The new version has a more modern - intelligent - friendly interface.

Add automatic manual flow
For users who log in and experience the Bizzi Expense application for the first time, the system screen will display an automatic feature introduction and user guide, including both Vietnamese and English versions.

Update feature Switch company (Switch company)
In order to help users operate more conveniently and quickly, Bizzi has added the Switch Company feature. From there, users can get invoice information and manage expenses between companies/branches in the group according to their needs.

Add QR Code to receive invoices
Besides getting invoice information by copying, users can now use QR Code. With just a quick scan, users can get invoice information right on the application. Users can issue invoices on the app with many different applications such as Zalo, Messenger, Instagram, Gmail, ..

Update Organization Management feature
By dividing the organization list by department/project with available fields, businesses can now effectively manage expenses by department/department/project. Administrators can flexibly create many different departments and projects according to the needs of the business.

The Add User feature is replaced for Invite Colleagues
Administrators who add new users can create more in the Users section, enter identification information, payment information related to the new user and choose to save. New users will receive a welcome email and user manual.

“Payment Request” is changed to “Expense Report”
On the main interface of the Web and the application, the Expense Reports tab changes to "Expense reports". The purpose of use and operation has not changed any more than before.

Add the function to create a Spend Request on the Web platform
Previously, Bizzi only allowed administrators to create spending requests arising on the Bizzi Expense application. Now to enhance the user experience, Bizzi has added the ability to create a Spend Request for administrators on the Web platform.
