ABOUT BIZZI COMPANY
Bizzi is the first company in Vietnam to provide invoice process automation solutions through the application of AI technology and robotic process automation (RPA). Bizzi’s platform can be easily integrated with existing accounting solutions and connects suppliers and customers to automate financial processes such as checks, reconciliations, payments, etc. The company currently has more than 100 major customers including Grab, GS25, Circle K, Tiki, Guardian, Medicare, Pharmacity, and more than 4,000 vendors using the platform daily. Up to now, the total value of invoices processed monthly through the Bizzi platform has reached more than 300 million USD.
Bizzi successfully raised US$3 million in a Pre-Series A funding round led by Japan’s leading FinTech/SaaS company Money Forward, with the participation of domestic venture capital fund Do Ventures and investor Qualgro from Singapore in the previous round.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Participate in the research, development, and improvement of the company’s software products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, and wireframes for complex use cases.
- Act as a bridge to translate and transfer product requirements to the Scrum team (Back-end, Front-end, QA) throughout the development lifecycle.
- Follow through on new features and initiatives to monitor their implementation and ensure successful adoption by our customers.
- Support the Scrum team in analyzing and resolving issues.
- Participate in company project implementation, potentially taking on roles such as Project Manager (PM) or Project Coordinator (PC).
- Support and report directly to the BA Lead.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or in a related field (e.g., Product Owner, Project Manager). We are open to considering exceptional junior candidates who demonstrate a strong aptitude for analysis and a fast learning capability.
- Preference for candidates with experience in ERP system integration and a strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Proven ability to work independently, proactively, and effectively under high pressure.
- Preference for candidates with project management support or participation experience.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in creating BRDs, User Stories, and Wireframes is a plus.
