JOB DESCRIPTIONS
We are looking for a Senior/Lead QA QC Engineer with strong expertise in software testing and quality assurance for web and mobile applications. This position requires a strong commitment to maintaining product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
The QC/QA Manager will be responsible for contributing to manual test case management, communicating with related stakeholders and developing the application in cooperation with the product manager, working in the form of Squad, a small team can quickly and consistently engage in everything from designing to development, testing and operation.
- Develop and lead the overall QC/QA strategy, including test analysis, design, and execution for web and mobile applications.
- Manage and mentor a team of QC/QA engineers, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Oversee the performance of test analysis, design, and execution, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality outcomes.
- Foster a strong quality-driven culture within the team by improving system requirement definition accuracy and enhancing the UAT process.
- Engage in projects at early stages to identify and address risk factors such as bugs and scheduling issues promptly.
- Implement measures to prevent problem recurrence, promoting continuous improvement within the QA team.
- Work closely with development and product management teams to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on QA activities, risks, and product quality status.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-have
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in testing Web Services and Mobile Applications.
- Experience in developing test cases, executing tests, and reporting results.
- Hands-on experience with Shift-Left Testing practices, including early involvement in requirement analysis, design reviews, and test planning.
- Solid experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate end-to-end business flows and integration points between services, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM environments.
- Strong communication skills in development projects.
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, tools, and processes for web and mobile applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and optimize QA/QC processes within an Agile/SCRUM environment.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to guide QA/QC teams effectively.

- Experience with Security or Performance testing.
- Ability to research and stay updated on new technologies.
- Experience working in web development-related companies.
